Damage

When you have received the product from the driver, we ask you to properly inspect the product and the packaging, in case of damage or a delivery shortage, we would like to receive within 3 days after delivery, photos and contact details for a fast handling.

– Your order number
– We would like photos of the outside of the package, in the entire condition of the package.
– A photo of the opened packaging, where the contents are clearly visible.
– A photo of the DHL shipping label.
– A photo of the Damage of the product.

We are dealing with a natural product, these products have a shelf life of 7 to 10 days if you take good care of the product. You can see this in our Care Tips.

Return service

We will process your complaint as soon as possible. If we find that the product is damaged and we can no longer guarantee its shelf life, we will send a new product to you.

You cannot return Fresh Flowers.
